Each year after the parades are over THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS becomes the transportation for Santa Claus as he makes the rounds in Russell and Adair Counties in South Central Kentucky delivering treats to the youngsters. Those treats of fruit, candy and gifts are purchased with donations from Elvis and Judy York and other interested individuals.
